Part 1 – The Introduction
Recently I did a session at Tech-Ed Africa around using InfoPath as a driver to automate Business Processes and doing this all without coding.
So the Big Question then arises – What makes FAST ESP different from perhaps SharePoint Search or Microsoft Search Server? There are really 6 Key Elements
So I’m planning away at my Teched presentation on Architechture of Search, which really focuses on FAST ESP, and then after much research it really highlights to me how little is really known about FAST ESP especially in the Microsoft community.
Amongst some of our consultants there has been some confusion around SharePoint Licensing, so I send this extract to all and thought I’d make it available online.
Today I went to the offical “FIRST” Business Forum for the Information Worker Community. It was a real eye opener and a relief all at the same time. From my side with a Technical background as well as a managerial operational background, it was interesting to see peoples view points of Sharepoint.
So Tech-Ed Africa 2009 has been announced.
